we finally touched down at 7:30am yesterday, after over 30 hours of travelling. Auckland is SO humid! - and wet, rain, rain, rain!.
Nige appears to have recovered from his trout pout, but as I've now banned him from eating nuts it's great! - the gift from the motel owners was a box of chocolate truffles! ....mmmm ..... and they're ALL mine! (insert evil cackle here!).
So we surprised Mike and Jack, but were in for a surprise ourselves to hear that unfortunately Tracy and Mike are no longer together, and even more surprised to learn that Tracy is now married to Ronen!.
So, sunday morning and we're about to meet up with Tracy and head to the Coromandel region, where she and Ronen have a holiday home, and despite the rain we ARE going to the beach!
Glad the surprise meet up went well and that Nige is recovered!!! Think you deserved the truffles!!! xxx
